Companies may elect to use any of these Whiteboard infrastructure services, but are not required to do so to avail themselves of the other business development, funding and M&A services offered.
Office space is available in the Silicon Valley region through facilities in San Jose in the South Bay region, Redwood City in the heart of the Silicon Valley, and in 2010 in San Francisco. Offices are provided on a full-time basis, or a part-time basis as needed for visiting executives based outside of the U.S. The Whiteboard vendor ecosystem consists of a select group of approximately 20 vendors that are consolidating their services through Whiteboard and offering discounts off their normal market pricing. Whiteboard Accelerator consolidate invoicing and collection, and to manage and assure quality of performance from all vendors selected by Whiteboard clients.
Clients don’t have to select or use any vendors – but ecosystem vendors typically cover the essential services required by most rapid growth companies, including legal, insurance, public relations, executive and personnel recruiting, payroll services, HR, accounting and tax services and the like. In addition, Whiteboard arranges for workshops, seminars and one-on-one meetings with all vendors free of charge, and with angel and institutional investors that are affiliated with Whiteboard – such as the Band of Angels.
